Tune in for the telecast of the 11th annual awards ceremony which takes place at Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal City Walk in Universal City, California, with hosts Jonas Brothers (picture above), Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas who will also perform.
What time does the Teen Choice Awards 2009 start? At 8 p.m. ET/PT on the Fox network on Monday August 10. The program will be tape delayed for West Coast broadcast. Awards are chosen by teens who could vote online at the official Web site: teenchoiceawards.com. The awards span categories in movies, television and sports.
Leading the field of Teen Choice Awards 2009 nominees; the movies Twilight with twelve nods and High School Musical 3 with ten nods and the TV show Gossip Girl, also receiving ten nods. Among music artists, Lady GaGa’ leads the field with seven nods followed by Jonas Brothers, Beyonce Knowles and Taylor Swift each receiving four nods.

In addition to a performance by the Jonas Brothers, also performing, is Miley Cyrus, who is reported to perform her new song ‘Party In The USA’ which is from her forthcoming ‘The Time of Our Lives’ EP, which will be available at Wal-Mart beginning on August 31.
Among those scheduled to attend: ‘Twilight’ cast members Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, and Kellan Lutz. Additionally, the cast of Glee: Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer, Amber Riley and Kevin McHaleAlso. Also appearing Zac Efron, Ashley Tisdale & Vanessa Hudgens, of High School Musical, along with Chace Crawford and Leighton Meeston from Gossip Girls.
Other scheduled appearances include: David Beckham, Cameron Diaz, Megan Fox, Ashley Tisdale, Ellen DeGeneres among others.
The annual event always has an array of attendees from the various spheres of the entertainment world, so tune in to see who graces us with their presence in the Teen Choice Awards red carpet photos.
