Earlier this weekend, before the Teen Choice Awards, Greene attended's "Power of Youth" event to celebrate the achievements of LA's best young leaders. Greene seems to be following in the footsteps of fellow actresses Kristen Bell and Rachel Bilson who also support

Details of Greene's new cause-campaign lauch are being kept under wraps at the moment. Greene did have some comments to make about, "I think it's important to let young people and teens know that they should help other people now rather than later. is a brilliant site. Causes range from going green to battling HIV/AIDS and learning about Disaster Response and Relief.
